Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. This policy explains how rescheduling, postponements, and cancellations work for sessions booked with Between Realms.

Rescheduling & postponements

• You may request to reschedule or postpone a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Requests within 24 hours will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
• Calendly may also provide self-service rescheduling options.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel a session, use the option in your Calendly confirmation email or contact us directly.
• No-shows or cancellations without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Programs & packages

Multi-session programs, such as The Reconnection Program, may follow separate terms agreed at the time of enrolment. Remaining sessions can be postponed or rescheduled at our discretion.
