• Messages and contact details you submit through the contact form or email, including your name, email address, phone number, selected offering, and message.
• Scheduling details you provide directly to Linktree or Calendly when arranging a Complimentary Clarity Call.
• Limited technical and security information, including request logs, hashed anti-abuse identifiers, and error diagnostics.

How we use information

• To answer enquiries and arrange services.
• To send an enquiry acknowledgement to you and a notification to Between Realms.
• To prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain the security of the service.

Service providers

Linktree and Calendly process Clarity Call scheduling details when you follow the external booking link. Resend delivers enquiry email. Hosting and encrypted backup providers store application data. These providers may process data in other countries under their own contractual safeguards and privacy terms.

Cookies

Essential secure cookies are used for administrator authentication. The external scheduling providers may use cookies under their own policies when you visit them.

Retention and security

Booking, communication, and audit records are kept only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. Access is restricted, secrets are encrypted or hashed where appropriate, and backups are encrypted.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements, by emailing bookings@betweenrealms.org. Clarity Call changes are managed through the scheduling provider or by contacting us.
