Service providers
Calendly processes scheduling and calendar invitations. Resend delivers transactional email. Cloudflare Turnstile detects automated form abuse. Upstash provides durable rate limiting. Sentry processes minimized error and performance diagnostics. Hosting and encrypted backup providers store application data. These providers may process data in other countries under their own contractual safeguards.
Cookies
The public website does not offer customer accounts. Essential secure cookies are used only for administrator authentication. Calendly may set cookies when you open its scheduling website.
Retention and security
Booking, communication, and audit records are kept only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. Access is restricted, secrets are encrypted or hashed where appropriate, and backups are encrypted.
